Scooby's - The right way to travel!

My car. A Subaru Impreza 2000 Turbo AWD (aka a "Scooby"). MY00 (the MY bit stands for Manufactured Year or Model Year). Colour is Champagne Silver.

Engine: 1994 cc Traversal mounted flat four. Turbo assisted.

Transmission: All wheel drive.

Wheels: 16" 205/55

Tryes: Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3

Exhaust system: Magnex Oval 6x4"

BHP: On paper-215 bhp -- In reality- hehe - MORE!

0-60 mph: On paper-6.2 seconds -- In reality - hehe - LESS!

Where this car really shines is on the twisty north English roads where I live. Keeping the revs up high and with its sure footed handling, it is a hard car to follow. When it rains, there are probably only two or three production cars in the world that could keep with it and they all cost a lot more.

I have two hobbies. This is one of them. I lurve my scoob.

The following picture was taken (not by me) at Lightwater Valley Park on the 15th May 2003. We all went in the Scoob (and had a puncture on the way - hey ho...) and had a cracking day out. 400 Scoobs in a field. Awesome!

Me again :-)

Cracking scenery and roads in North West England...
